Do yo ever post your progress or successes? It seems there has been nothing since 2009. You posts much info it would be nice to see whats worked or hasn't worked for you.
Hello Anonymous. For a long time I didn't have a lot of progress to report, because my shrinkage efforts were sabotaged by use of fertility drugs. Have been off those since last summer, and making some progress. Here is a post from a little while ago: http://shrinkingfibroids.blogspot.com/2014/02/progress-report-20-shrinkage-over-past.html For a little while after that post was holding steady, then yesterday my Chi Nei Tsang practitioner told me she thought that there had been a little further shrinkage this month. So making progress, slowly but surely.
