Came close but was not able to meet my goal last week.
Friday 1 hour 50 minutes hula hooping, yoga, and Miracle Ball Method
Saturday 4 hours 25 min kayaking, yoga, detox bath
Sunday 2 hr 25 min yard work, meditation, Chi Gong and yoga
Which left me a couple of hours short due to low days earlier in the week
My stats today not great, up .8 of a pound and metabolic age is up to 43!
Hoping to pick up the pace this week!
