latest Zyto session

This Zyto thing is really interesting.  Overall I seem to be making progress, as the number of high stressors seems to be decreasing each time. However each time there are a couple of things that suddenly pop up as very high.  This time, had my highest one yet, cholesterol at 177.71.  But there were only 5 over 30 -- the others were immune system, candida krusei (still plagued by candida!), biotin, and sinuses paranasal and frontal.  And uterine cervix is #7 on the stressor list, so still an issueof course.

So seems like a pattern here of issues that keep coming up -- hormones, fibroids, fats and fat metabolism, sinuses, Candida.
I have indeed been having some problems with my sinuses and sneezing.  And something I ate last week seems to have disturbed my digestion a bit.  My practitioner thinks it's a liver issue, and that we are working through the layers of issues. Also, my acupuncturist gave me some new herbs last week and I was taking them, but they came up as a negative on the scan, so actually that could have messed me up a bit too.

Apart from the sinuses and digestive issues, overall I have been feeling better lately.

The several TCM meridians came up as stressed: the small intestine meridian, pericardium meridian, kidney meridian, liver meridian, gall bladder meridian, and triple warmer meridian, but those were all very low stressor values v-- except for small intestine, all were under 10 which means really not bad at all.

My regimen this time is:

Apex Energetics Detox Lymph - a homeopathic
dandelion root 1 capsule 3 times per day
nettle, I will do an infusion of 5 tablespoons
HMF replete powder Genestra, which is a probiotic, 1 packed 2x day
more Norival, same dose
more Jia Wei Xiao Yao San, same dose
Maca powder 1 teaspoon 2x day
Pearls probiotic -- one each of the regular and intensive care type per day
Bio-Kult, 2x per day

Looks like my gut is crying out for lots of probiotic help!

Just curious where you are at with your fibroids? I have two small ones, one about 2cm in diameter and one 1 cm in diameter. This is after having them all removed in 2006. I'm having some gut issue now too. Does it ever end? What's the connection?

Good question. I haven't had them measured lately, but since I have been doing the Zyto stuff they seem like they are a little smaller. But they are still pretty big unfortunately.

About gut and fibroids connection, that's a good question too. From what I have read, if your gut is messed up then it doesn't efficiently remove estrogen from the body. This is an excellent article that touches on this: http://www.imjournal.com/resources/web_pdfs/popular/1008_evans.pdf
Also this post of mine from the past links to an article on this topic: http://shrinkingfibroids.blogspot.com/2010/05/estrogen-dominance-and-gut-bacteria.html

Oh and Phoebe forgot to say, how frustrating that your fibroids are returning after you had them all out!!!!

you should read about my story. I had fibroids and I shrunk them in 3 months.

You are correct in that there is a connection between your fibroids and your liver and the bacteria in your gut.

read my story here.

Thanks for sharing Deborah, that is very exciting. How big were the fibroids originally and how much did they shrink?
