Empowering the Female Reproductive System seminar
Just got this flyer for the above-mentioned seminar based on the BodyTalk approach. I did BodyTalk for a long time and felt that it was helpful, but had an issue with my practitioner so stopped about a year ago (long story...). Had been thinking that I might want to try it again, but wasn't sure what to do about it, when this new opportunity presented itself. This is an innovative concept, and they mention fibroids right there, plus I like the title. My uterus needs to feel more empowered, that's for sure. So I have signed up, and will let you know what it's like!

Missed the first session last week (due to an email snafu) and just attended the first one tonight. I ended up missing the last 20 minutes because I decided to take a stroll in the neighborhood while listening and I lost the signal, and then when I tried to get back on the call realized I had written down the wrong number. Ugh. Fortunately they give you access to recordings of the calls so you can listen to the prior ones, so I can catch last week's and the rest of tonight's later. I thought what I heard tonight was interesting. It didn't feel as strongly helpful as an in-person Body Talk session however.
