WOw! that's impressive! I've been following your blog, lurking in a way. I really enjoy all of the articles you have shared. I have a question for you; how do you take your supplements? do you take all of these in one sitting, or take a few thought out the day? Thanks, and you are really an inspiration.

Thanks, and glad you're enjoying the articles.

Yes it's a lot indeed. And forgot one -- chromium drops, 2 per day.

Here's how I do it. Some -- probiotics, liposomal glutathione, taurine and zinc need to be on an empty stomach, so take between meals.

The ones that get taken 2 per day, or an even number I do once at lunch and once at dinner. The ones that get taken one per day, I take at lunch. Things that get taken 3 times per day get taken at every meal.

Thanks so much Anuja for your note and the warm wishes!
What a great link on candida, quite comprehensive and lots of good info, including many things I didn't know before.
I'm down to just one Candida strain, the Tropicalis. Going to try attacking that with a custom homeopathic soon!
