My acupuncturist gave me a new formula today. This is a pre-ovulation formula.
It has Gui Shao, which was the base for my last pre-ovulation formula, plus the following:
Han Lian Cao. This page mentions that it helps tone the spleen and uterus.
Nu Zhen Zi.
Sheng Di. This is Rehmannia, which has been in other formulas I have taken.
Based on this, sounds like my yin is getting some help!
In looking up these herbs, found this page which mentions the Han Lian Cao, Nu Zhen Zi and Sheng Di all as part of a treatment protocol used for fibroids.
This formula is similar to the one listed on this page, which gives some interesting discussion of blood stasis and fibroids.
