However, my acupuncturist just warned me that in addition to taking all the bad things out of the water, the filter also takes out the beneficial minerals. So you need to add them back with mineral drops. If you don't your system will become depleted of minerals, which is certainly counter-productive. So I just ordered some of these mineral drops
