further weight loss
I'm now down to 130! Not my main goal, but a nice side benefit of my fibroid-shrinking regimen!

Congratulations! I stumbled across your blog, and i think its extremely useful. I have just been diagnosed with a small fibroid and endometrial polyp, so im going to do what i can to avoid surgery. Please keep posting on your progress. I wish you well.
