It talks a lot about the psychological aspects (relating to issues with pregnancy and men). She also talks about a special retreat at the Tree of Life, but based on my contacting them before they last had such a retreat in 2009. This video was just posted but it's "Best of" so maybe they are reposting an older one.
Anyway, worth listening to. She recommends pomegranate, which is interesting it's something I hadn't seen recommended for fibroids. I did some other research on the web and found a couple of people who mention it.
