avoid supplement PQQ if you have fibroids!!!!

Recently I have been taking a supplement called PQQ because it's supposed to enhance mitochondrial function, which I thought would help for egg quality because egg quality is so dependent on mitochondria.

However recently I have been feeling like my fibroids were getting worse with no apparent explanation (and despite all the herbs and enzymes I am throwing at them). Initially I had read that PQQ has no side effects, but tonight found a purported benefit: enhancing cell growth and the creation of fibroblasts -- see it mentioned in this article. And of course, fibroblasts are related to fibroids. Ugh!  So not taking that anymore.

Enhancing fibroblasts means that PQQ regenerates aging tissue into healthy tissue again. It does not mean that it makes them larger-if anything, this has the ability to make the cells in fibroid tissue behave more normally rather than grow and increase in size as they do.

Thanks, that's good to know.
