Apple cider vinegar is a frequently-mentioned home remedy for uterine fibroids. It always seemed a bit mysterious to me what the mechanism might be. If you eat the natural raw kind with the "mother", it has lots of probiotics. And it's viewed as a diet aid; lots of my friends in Japan drink vinegar drinks to try to lose weight, it's something of a fad there (and given how slim Japanese women are, maybe that's proof it works).
Today I found also this reference to anti-tumor activity of apple cider vinegar. Interesting.

I came across your blog while looking for some natural remedies for fibroids and castor oil packs. I'm wondering how your fibroids have been? Did you see an improvement?
