Long overdue for an update here. An exhausting business trip to New York really wore me out, and today's Zyto report confirmed, I am out of whack! 37 items over 23 points. Ugh. I am not going to even bother trying to list them. No wonder when I used to travel all the time it really took a toll on my health.
My supplements are 1 pump of Adrenacalm per day, 18 drops of Ancient Energetics DHEA, 1 8 flavor rhemmania pill 3 times per day, herbs from my acupuncturist, and HMF Forte Genestra Capsules 1 2x per day.
Not that much stuff but evidently the Adrenacalm is what my body really needs.

Recently I purchased the book Balance Your Hormones, Balance Your Life by Claudia Welch. It was a very interesting and helpful reference for all sorts of maladies. On the issue of soy, this author recommends that fibroid sufferers avoid all soy. I recommend this book if you haven't read it already.
