The last one, which is now a month ago, was using the egg quality scan again. There were 17 items over value of 20. Thewre were a lot of items relating to the ovaries and uterus near the top of the list, and the Anterior Pituitary (Adenohypophysis) was particularly stressed -- for the uterus, not surprising since I was just about to have my period. My supplements were:
- Standard process Renatrophin
- Xiao Yao San Plus by Secara (left over from an old acupuncturist; they seem to be out of business now)
- Angostura bittters
- NAC -- 3 capsules 2x per day, so a lot!
- Nattokinase 1 capsule 3 times per day
- Vitex Elixir for Women from Gaia Herbs
Then this time, I eliminated 21 items from the egg quality scan that were not showing up as stressed, and added others in their place, mostly focusing on fibrosis (the formation of excess fibrous connective tissue in an organ or tissue in a reparative or reactive process -- in other words, what makes fibroids!) and kidney.
Only 3 items over 20 and one of those is one of the new ones, so I am making progress!
#1 Melatonin -h
#2 51, 3, 13, 58 Fibrosis (I have no idea what the numbers stand for)
#3 Parathyroid Gland
#5 Org Eval - Critically Stressed (Zincum 60x) (not sure exactly what this means but it does sound scary)
#6 51/00 Fibrosis
#8 Thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) deficiency - pituitary
#9 Thiiodothyronine (T3) - Merck
#10 Kidney and Heart Disharmony (this is a Chinese medicine thing)
So still a bunch of endocrine type issues going on.
A whole lot of supplements this time:
BR - ADHS (for the adrenal)
En - Hypothammapath (a homeopathic)
Melatonin 3 mg, just one capsule per day
Braggs apple cider vinegar (I added this to my supplement set after a reader of this blog was raving about it recently), 1 teaspoon per day
Tulsi tea, 1 packet 3 times per day
Pearls Enzymatic probiotic
Vital nutrients GI repair
NAC again, same dose
En - Adrenal-Tone
Nettle (will make an infusion)
Chrysanthemum (will make an infusion)
Underberg natural bitters, 1 drop twice per day
Let's seee how this works!
