This blog is a chronicle of my quest to shrink my fibroids and enhance my fertility, and share what I have learned along the way. I wish I had known some of these things when I originally was diagnosed with fibroids years ago, so I hope others can learn from my experience. Some of my links are affiliate links that pay me a small commission on any purchases made.

fibroids are "the new lifestyle disease of the modern age women"
This page is shilling a systemic enzyme supplement and is mostly familiar information, but I liked that quote above.

Hi! I would like to tell you how amazing I think you are for the dedication, time and effort you put into sharing your ever growing knowledge of the causes and possible cures for fibroids. I, myself had fibroids for over 2 years. I followed your blog for over a year now and have tried many of the things you have. I have invested an unimaginable amount of time and money into trying to shrink my fibroids. I have tried fasting ( it only made my anemia worse!), systematic enzymes, high doses B complex, vitamin C, spirulina, vegitarian diet, black strap molasses, acupuncture, vigorous excercise... I could go on and on!! Then, 3 months ago I realized that I was putting so much of my focus and energy into fighting them, when really ALL of my focus should be on just getting pregnant!! So I decided to give in and get them removed. I live in NYC and found a great doctor in NJ who performs robotic myomectomies. It's same day surgery and the recovery time is remarkable! I had the operation on a Wednesday, he removed a 10cm fibroid and several smaller ones. The surgery was at 7:30 in the morning and I was home later that afternoon. I felt so good afterwards that I was able to attend a wedding on the following Saturday, just 3 days later! Sorry this is sooo long, but I have to tell you how incredibly happy I am that I finally stopped fighting the surgery, because now I dont have to fight the fibroids! They don't own me anymore! I'm free! Now, I am going back to getting acupuncture, eating healthy, excercising/yoga, taking supplements in order to keep them from coming back. Not to fight them daily. My mind and body is now open and available to get pregnant :) I just wish I did this 2 years ago. What a shame I gave so much of my life energy to those horrible fibroids. What great things I could accomplished with all of the time and energy I wasted. I hope someday you too can be free of yours. It won't be until then that you see how many areas of your life they controlled and how they have come to define you. Good luck and baby dust to all of us!
Thanks so much for sharing your story and I'm so happy to hear that you found a solution that worked for you. You sound so happy it's great! Wishing you the best for your next project of getting pregnant. And it's great that you are doing things to make sure those evil fibroids don't return!
I've read Fibroids Miracle and am planning to write a detailed review (did a brief one previously a month or two ago, please check archives for it). Personally, I have found it helpful.
