This blog is a chronicle of my quest to shrink my fibroids and enhance my fertility, and share what I have learned along the way. I wish I had known some of these things when I originally was diagnosed with fibroids years ago, so I hope others can learn from my experience. halvah without all the junk in it
I am a huge fan of halvah, the Middle Eastern sesame seed sweet treat. However, most halvah is full of sugar, corn syrup, and hydrogenated oils, so I haven't eaten it for years. But the other day I discoverd a natural halvah, with natural malted barley syrup as the sweetener. I just bought a bunch to use as an alternative to energy bars when I'm traveling or at clients. Very excited!

Just wondering if you stick to your fibroid diet 100% of the time. If you do, I commend you :) Having such a busy lifestyle makes it very difficult for me.
I'm pretty good but not 100%. Occasionally when eating out will have a bit of non clean meat, or bread, or some of whatever sweet dessert is being served. But everything in my home is fibroid diet compliant.
Although I think I'm good about my diet, and my supplement regimen, what I have not been as good about is getting enough exercise!
