I went to a Zumba class at my new gym for the first time last night, and was planning to write about it when lo and behold this morning there was an article in the paper about it to remind me.
The class was a good workout, gets your heart rate up, and the music is good so it makes you want to keep going. And particularly for fibroid shrinkers it really gets your hips moving with all the Latin dance moves and some belly dancing thrown in too.
I highly recommend it!
There are also some Zumba workout DVDs on Amazon so I may put a couple of them on my wish list!
