This blog is a chronicle of my quest to shrink my fibroids and enhance my fertility, and share what I have learned along the way. I wish I had known some of these things when I originally was diagnosed with fibroids years ago, so I hope others can learn from my experience. daring to eat differently
This is a really lovely blog post about how the author dares to eat differently from the mainstream -- and how it helped her cure her fibroids.

Please read Fibroid Tumors Healed Naturally by Dr. Faye Hardaway. She swears by flaxseeds and garlic. It's an inspirational quick read.
On second thought, I don't know about this book. I was excited to purchase the flax seeds and then I read other information that stated flax seeds are terrible for fibroids because they contain phytoestrogens.
The research is becoming confusing. This isn't the first time I have received conflicting information about how to get rid of fibroids.

Thanks, that's one I have wondered about but haven't read yet. Will check it out. Here's a link for anyone else curious! http://bit.ly/9iJ6fu

Yes, the whole thing about phytoestrogens is indeed confusing. My BioSet practitioner said that flax is not a good match for me so I am avoiding it.
