This post from a chiropractor that I found today has a story of fibroid shrinkage.
In it he mentions a technique called "total mesenteric apron". I googled it and could only find a little about it, see links below.

It appears to be a sub-technique of something called Sacral Occipital Technique (SOT). To be honest I had a bit of trouble understanding the description, but SOT seems to be a kind of soft tissue manipulation technique. The Link 4 above offers a bit of the history. Here's a link that has a somewhat plainer English explanation.
In the links above there is mention of a journal article that looked at this technique's use for fibroids, but I looked into it and the journal is no longer published and the journal has ceased publication and there don't seem to be any archives online. One could probably only find it in the library of a school of chiropracty (if any readers of this have access to such and would be willing to hunt it down please do let me know!).
SOT is often mentioned as being helpful for fertility. Here's an article about how it and other chiropractic techniques have been demonstrated to help with fertility. Here's another similar article. This page lists some details on some of the research studies, one of them specifically on SOT. Pretty fascinating.
There are two websites that talk about SOT and have practioner lists.
Soto-usa-org
sorsi.com
I am going to call up the ones near me and ask them if they have any experience treating uterine fibroids with SOT.
