I felt exhausted just reading the list in this blog post, but the kinds of things listed will mostly sound familiar to readers of my blog.
The blog post from before this shares the author's story and what she did to fight her fibroids. This is pretty much along the lines of what I am doing and advocate, except for the progesterone cream (I did that and it didn't help and I have read that it could be counterproductive)

thanks for linking this. this is great! however like you, i feel overwhelmed just reading it all and don't even know where to begin. all this stuff takes time and money...both of which i don't have a lot of...but nonetheless i'm not giving up.
Yes I agree it's a kind of overwhelming article. I would start with simple basic steps and build from there. Good luck!
