I was struck by the sentence. "Today high resolution ultrasound can define fetal anatomy and fetal movements so precisely that we can record fetal eyelids for fetal sleep studies."  Guess that's not the kind they had in my doctor's office when I got all those incorrect measurements of my fibroids!
