8/17 -- walking, situps, and Qigong -- 1 hour 15 minutes
8/18 -- meditation, Kundalini yoga, Life Force yoga, castor oil pack with meditation -- 2 hours 10 minutes
8/19 -- meditation, Qigong, hula hooping, walking -- 2 hours 15 minutes
This puts me at 1 hour 50 minute deficit so far for the week.
